Free to Ski & Ski To Be Free
This class is for people who are passionate about skiing. Inner mental chatter, emotional self-criticism, and tensions in the body are barriers to this passion. Amazingly, good skiers who love skiing have a unique opportunity to discover how skiing can open a unity of mind-heart- and-body, which in spiritual circles is called non-dual freedom. You already know this experience; have felt this before on your skis! Your passionate moments skiing are your proof! We teach a cutting edge method to free up your inner experience from your “old fashioned inner coach” resulting in your potential to deepen and expand every time you get on your skis. Off-Snow Preparatory Meeting
We offer an off-snow preparatory meeting that each participant may attend, location TBD. The meeting is the Thursday before the Sunday ski day. The meeting is included in the cost of the class. Everyone is encouraged to attend, as we will be going over what to expect on ski day.
