This 2-part course is for those who are aware of a longing for connection to something beyond themselves and seek support in their spiritual journey. Explore the three major body centers, head, heart, and belly, to see how they can thwart or support spiritual growth. Vulnerability is centered in the heart, cynicism in the mind, and the misattunement to one’s body is centered in the belly. Discover how vulnerability can be used to create openness and receptivity, how cynicism can be turned into curiosity, and how bodily concerns can support the knowledge of subtle spiritual perceptions. In addition to discussion, participate in exercises to allow an opening and welcoming of each of the unexpected qualities as they appear in your life. Chris Krueger and Kimee Pardos are lifelong spiritual practitioners, having been informed by many teachings, such as meditation, breath work, movement practice, and spiritual practices. They are both teachers of the Diamond Approach.
